Base Salary
$127k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for AI-assisted Chrome onboarding, troubleshooting, and scaling workflows.
- Analyze partner, developer, and user feedback alongside product metrics to influence Chrome strategy and roadmaps.
- Partner with business development, technical program management, product, engineering, and technical solutions teams to identify scaling needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Create playbooks, best practices, implementation plans, and knowledge-sharing materials for engineering and product leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, database technologies, cloud technologies, machine learning solutions, and Linux, Unix, or Windows systems.
Benefits
- US base salary of $127000-$182000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
