Base Salary
$127k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for AI-assisted onboarding, troubleshooting, and scaling workflows supporting Chrome and web ecosystem needs.
- Analyze partner, developer, and user feedback alongside product metric trends to influence Chrome strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Develop and disseminate knowledge, playbooks, best practices, and implementation plans for web initiatives.
- Guide engineering and product leaders in planning digital strategy and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, database technologies, cloud solutions, machine learning, and Linux, Unix, or Windows systems.
