Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end full-stack features using JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Lead technical design for key initiatives, driving quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Build reusable, performant UI components for the no-code builder experience.
- Own services across implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, infrastructure, and platform teams to define and deliver technically sound, user-friendly features.
- Optimize system performance and reliability with infrastructure and platform teams.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural reviews, cross-functional planning, and team-wide engineering practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building modern web applications in a full-stack environment.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js, including Express or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing APIs, using relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and building services in distributed cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong product mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Design.
- Ability to make technical tradeoffs, lead technical discussions, and build alignment across teams.
- Commitment to testing, monitoring, documentation, scalability, and high engineering standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code tools, workflow engines, or visual development platforms is preferred.
- Interest in AI-assisted developer tooling or automation is preferred.
