Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain features for the Engineering Suite of Tools.
- Build desktop applications using C#/.NET, WPF, XAML, WinForms, and Web APIs.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
- Improve application architecture, maintainability, scalability, security, and user experience.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with international engineering teams, architects, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Support more than 2,000 global users across multiple engineering disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, desktop application development, backend development, and Web APIs.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe development practices and mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and professional English-language skills.
- Preferred experience with C++, React, SQL Server or PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD pipelines, secure software development, and Azure.
- Experience with enterprise engineering applications or CAD-related software is advantageous.
