Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support business-process automation solutions according to the team’s automation development lifecycle.
  • Develop Automation Anywhere bots, Power Automate workflows, Bizagi processes, Python scripts, integrations, and CrewAI-based agentic solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents involving bot failures, duplications, integrations, performance, and other automation issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions for deployed automations.
  • Monitor implementations during hypercare and transition solutions to the support team.
  • Create and maintain process-design documents, flow diagrams, deployment manuals, and support guides.
  • Follow programming, security, code-review, and Smart Automation framework standards, including Veracode scans.
  • Maintain reusable automation components and participate in Scrum activities, sprint planning, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, project managers, developers, support teams, and end users to validate requirements, estimate effort, and transfer knowledge.

Requirements

  • Degree in Informatics, Systems, Computer Engineering, Computing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing automation solutions using RPA, scripting, or BPM.
  • Solid knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and Bizagi.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Python skills for scripting, API integration, data processing, and automation libraries.
  • Knowledge of CrewAI or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Experience diagnosing technical incidents and handling integrations, REST/SOAP services, JSON, and SQL database connections.
  • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
  • Native Spanish and intermediate-to-advanced English for technical reading and interaction with global teams.
  • Preferred certifications include Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt.
