Responsibilities
- Act as the technical bridge between sales representatives and presales customers.
- Guide customers and prospects in selecting and deploying Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions.
- Design customer solutions and provide leadership in security architecture and technical strategy.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, webinars, workshops, and training for customers, prospects, sales teams, and partners.
- Support customer onboarding, product experience, adoption, ongoing support quality, and customer health.
- Train and enable sales organizations, channel partners, and cybersecurity ecosystem partners.
- Present complex technical issues and solutions to audiences at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with product managers, product marketing, technical support, and regional or global teams.
- Contribute to departmental best practices, strategies, methodologies, and documentation.
- Participate as a speaker or panelist at webinars, workshops, and industry events.
Requirements
- Rich experience delivering high-quality presales support and solutions for customers.
- Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, and zero trust models.
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, and AWS services is advantageous.
- Exposure to firewall, content security, intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage, data protection, and security monitoring solutions is advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of public cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and passion for customer security.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, storytelling, public speaking, and customer relationship skills.
