Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder discovery workshops to document current manufacturing processes and define future-state digital transformation roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into high-level functional specifications and solution blueprints.
- Architect solutions across DELMIA modules including Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout.
- Use digital manufacturing simulations covering robotics, ergonomics, and time studies to validate production feasibility.
- Design and govern ECR/ECN change management processes and define People & Organization structures, security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces.
- Design integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and downstream ERP and MES systems.
- Coordinate with solution architects, technical architects, business teams, and business analysts on vendor recommendations and best practices.
- Track enhancement and service requests and support CAPA delivery within project timelines.
- Guide teams on out-of-the-box platform capabilities versus customizations to preserve long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and DELMIA.
- Deep expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE R2021x or later.
- Essential familiarity with ENOVIA and CATIA.
- Strong understanding of PPR data models and end-to-end manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration.
- Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE development fundamentals including MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
