Base Salary
$210k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and customer-facing representative for projects.
- Define technical solutions at the architecture and design level using ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead technical onboarding and understand clients’ processes and platform configurations.
- Translate customer requirements into solutions and communicate technical decisions to clients.
- Write and estimate stories, monitor developer work, and own technical quality and delivery.
- Lead Technical Consultants and Developers in delivering services according to contracts, SLAs, and best practices.
- Conduct sprint demonstrations and manage development artifacts, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to control scope and resolve critical-path technical issues.
- Mentor Developers and Technical Consultants on technical design standards and best practices.
- Research technology partner and vendor solutions for integrations.
- Contribute to improving Delivery Services processes, portfolios, and capabilities.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance and active IAT-II certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or 9+ years of experience.
- At least 1.5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow CSA certification, current or attainable within six months of hire.
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification, current or attainable within six months of hire.
- Consulting experience leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions.
- Additional experience in one or more of CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or SAM.
- Understanding of SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
- Experience with JavaScript scripting on ServiceNow, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, and Jelly.
- Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and leading scrum teams.
- ServiceNow CAD certification and ITIL Foundations Certification are preferred.
Benefits
- Pay range is $210,000–$275,000 depending on experience and skill set.
