Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize production-grade AI pipelines for voice-based healthcare agents.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams to create human-centered AI experiences.
- Prototype and deploy innovative features using state-of-the-art LLMs and retrieval systems.
- Develop AI-native workflows for real-time and long-running healthcare interactions.
- Drive continuous improvement in model evaluation and safety testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software, ML, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of building and shipping AI or ML products in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in distributed systems and data pipelines.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Experience with cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
