Responsibilities
- Lead technical test efforts and design test cases for component, service-based, and complex real-life scenarios.
- Build, maintain, and execute automated tests for functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance coverage.
- Design and implement security hardening strategies across the Personal Credit Technology ecosystem.
- Establish engineering processes, quality gates, and scalable automation practices across projects.
- Identify new automation tools and improve testing efficiency.
- Integrate testing processes with DevOps pipelines, collaboration tools, and test management platforms.
- Review application code and test automation scripts, and coach team members on automation tools and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of QE Lead experience and 2+ years of automation experience.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools including Postman, Cucumber, and Robot.
- Script development experience using Java and Selenium.
- Experience with software delivery methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and Iterative Waterfall.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with test integration and processes, including DevOps pipeline integration.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, OpenShift, Confluence, JIRA, and qTest.
- Experience using Claude Code, Devin AI, and GitHub Copilot.
- A Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree or diploma is preferred.
- Credit systems experience in the financial industry is preferred.
