Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, secure Salesforce software solutions.
- Develop Apex using triggers, classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Build Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce user interfaces.
- Design Salesforce data models and enterprise-grade solutions.
- Implement Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
- Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.
- Estimate effort, identify technical risks, and drive delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end feature delivery, release execution, and cross-functional development coordination.
- Establish development standards, governance processes, and coding guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Apex development, including triggers, classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce UI development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce data models and enterprise-grade solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
- Proficiency with Git, branch management strategies, and source-driven development.
- Experience leading technical discussions, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, estimating work, and managing technical risks.
- Experience collaborating with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Preferred exposure to CI/CD pipelines using DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce Enterprise Design Patterns, event-driven architecture, Change Data Capture, Salesforce Shield, encryption, audit, compliance controls, Agile delivery, and distributed team leadership.
