Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scale technical onboarding and reduce partner integration time through internal and partner-facing tools.
- Drive technical implementation of new products and features through planning, coordination, issue resolution, testing, and go-live.
- Identify and debug critical implementation issues while coordinating resolutions between internal teams and platform partners.
- Document integration details and processes for internal teams and external partners.
- Capture partner feedback and integration learnings to influence product roadmaps, APIs, and platform improvements.
- Build tooling and automation for repeatable integration launch patterns.
- Improve partner-facing demo apps, starter kits, tutorials, and other technical assets.
- Maintain company technical documentation standards and public-facing documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing technical roles, preferably in post-sales engineering, software integration, technical partner support, customer success engineering, or technical GTM engineering.
- Strong engineering background and fluency in at least two programming languages is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, data pipelines, and embeddable UI components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a partner-focused approach.
- Ability to distinguish generalizable solutions from custom partner solutions while balancing partner needs and engineering resources.
- Comfort navigating a codebase, particularly with React, Scala, and Python.
- Experience creating working demos and production applications.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Clear technical documentation skills for knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, and best-practice distribution.
- Knowledge of integration and technical-scoping best practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
