Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end automation architectures and high- and low-level solution designs using Power Automate Desktop and Power Platform.
- Lead development of attended and unattended RPA solutions, including workflow optimization, error handling, logging, monitoring, and exception management.
- Architect integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, APIs, SQL Server, SAP, Oracle, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Define Power Platform governance, DLP policies, environment strategy, ALM processes, deployment standards, auditing, monitoring, and operational support.
- Conduct automation assessments and discovery workshops, translate business requirements into technical architectures, and present recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
- Mentor developers and technical teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement ALM and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub, promote solutions across environments, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity planning, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Power Automate Desktop and strong experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 services, AI Builder, and intelligent document processing.
- Hands-on experience or architectural knowledge with at least one of Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, SSO, authentication mechanisms, security, compliance, and governance.
- Experience with Azure services, cloud architecture, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, and deployment automation.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical senior stakeholders and experience in consultative solution selling or internal technical consulting.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500) and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certifications are listed qualifications.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
