Responsibilities
- Oversee and establish Microsoft Power Platform environments and related technologies.
- Define technical governance, standards, tenant and environment management, user management, Center of Excellence Kits, and platform best practices.
- Translate business needs into technical designs and architecture roadmaps.
- Establish Dev/Test/Prod environment strategies, application lifecycle management, and security controls.
- Align platform usage with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements.
- Design integrations with external systems, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
- Define data architecture using Dataverse and other storage systems.
- Implement batch, real-time, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Participate in proofs of concept, innovation initiatives, and capability enhancement.
- Establish communication, monitoring, and client support methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with at least one programming language or related technology, such as .NET, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, web services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, or technical automation tools.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect with successful leadership of Microsoft Power Platform program implementations.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, including Canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate, including Cloud and Desktop, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience implementing solutions with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required by engagements.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
