Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and document practical AI demonstration solutions, proof-of-concept applications, prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components.
- Combine generative AI, agentic workflows, data pipelines, dashboards, robotic process automation, APIs, and custom applications into integrated business solutions.
- Evaluate and apply Microsoft AI technologies, Azure services, Power Platform, automation platforms, and related development frameworks.
- Support sales and consulting teams with demonstration assets, technical explanations, solution overviews, process flows, diagrams, and value narratives.
- Demonstrate working solutions in client meetings, workshops, executive presentations, sales pursuits, and internal briefings.
- Research emerging AI, automation, analytics, agentic, and application-development trends and assess their practical business relevance.
- Contribute to solution playbooks, demo libraries, methodologies, enablement materials, proposals, pilots, and scalable service offerings.
- Collaborate with analytics, automation, development, cloud, security, and consulting teams while considering usability, data quality, security, reliability, maintainability, governance, and business value.
- Travel based on client and business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Three years of relevant work experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, data analytics, business process improvement, or related initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric, or related platforms.
- Experience with enterprise platforms and capabilities including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, data management, or security concepts is preferred.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing environments is preferred.
- Understanding of project management and change management principles is preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or change management certifications is preferred.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, proficiency with applicable technology, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must obtain and maintain professional certifications and required licenses relevant to the area of expertise.
