Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify requirements, integration needs, pain points, and success criteria.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and translate technical features into business value.
- Design scalable system setups, data flows, custom mappings, and API integrations.
- Validate feasibility, scope integrations, identify gaps, and manage technical expectations.
- Create technical proposals, system design documents, integration blueprints, and handoff documentation.
- Perform system validation, verification, and QA before go-live.
- Train internal and client teams on system usage, integration flows, and configuration capabilities.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and implementation best practices.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Operations.
- Serve as an escalation lead during implementation and monitor system performance after go-live.
- Lead technical remediation and iteration efforts after launch.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role such as Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, or Technical Implementation.
- Hands-on experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic.
- Ability to conduct discovery and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Ability to present and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating proposals, technical documentation, training materials, and design blueprints.
- Ability to balance multiple clients and projects, prioritize technical tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-success skills.
- Bonus: hands-on experience in PropTech or real estate transactions.
- Bonus: familiarity with integrating AI into onboarding or process workflows.
