Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4 transformation programs, including greenfield implementations, brownfield or bluefield conversions, and global rollouts.
- Own client engagements and drive revenue, profitability, and capability-growth KPIs.
- Guide clients through SAP transformation approaches across project phases.
- Build client relationships and partnerships beyond SAP through successful delivery.
- Engage client CXOs and lead SteerCo meetings.
- Build, develop, upskill, and cross-skill global SAP teams.
- Attract and hire talent through relevant sources and networks.
Requirements
- Experience managing global SAP transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4, with end-to-end program ownership.
- Strong functional or technical foundation in SAP.
- Experience in client-facing roles at client sites.
- Ability to engage clients on SAP S/4 conversions across project phases.
- Ability to engage CXOs and drive SteerCo meetings.
- Experience building global teams to manage transformation programs.
- Experience in Agile SAP delivery and directing SAP S/4 transformation programs.
- Strong communication, executive presence, relationship-building, and people-leadership skills.
