Responsibilities
- Build a new service from the ground up using modern event-driven technologies.
- Enhance user experience through new features and design updates.
- Lead the delivery of roadmap items in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain a small bug backlog.
- Establish a technical vision and co-drive the roadmap creation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with distributed systems at large scale.
- Hands-on experience with Ruby and eagerness to learn Kotlin.
- Understanding of the importance of code testing.
- Comfortable with refactoring while developing new features.
- Proven experience in developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products.
