Responsibilities
- Design and define complex multi-vendor technology solutions aligned with customer business challenges.
- Engage customers, partners, and vendors to understand requirements and develop tailored solution strategies.
- Provide technical leadership across high-value opportunities from initial engagement through successful delivery.
- Lead and coordinate internal, partner, and vendor technical resources across complex projects.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Conduct customer and partner workshops, discovery sessions, and site visits.
- Support commercial teams with technical proposals and solution designs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer, partner, and vendor stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive solution adoption through technical enablement and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Maintain advanced technical certifications and stay current with emerging technologies.
- Champion architecture, governance, and delivery best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions within the IT industry.
- Deep technical expertise across multiple technologies, platforms, or vendor ecosystems.
- Proven experience working directly with customers, partners, and vendors on strategic technology solutions.
- Strong solution architecture, consulting, and technical design skills.
- Experience managing technical workstreams within complex projects and sales opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align technology with business outcomes.
- Experience in an IT channel, distribution, vendor, reseller, or integrator environment is highly beneficial.
- Relevant advanced vendor certifications and accreditations are highly desirable.
