Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate systems for high-quality product development and deployment.
- Own improvements from infrastructure changes to front-end interfaces.
- Integrate AI tooling into product infrastructure to enhance decision-making.
- Modernize development, testing, and deployment tooling.
- Solve scalability issues related to the development environment.
- Establish tooling standards for the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CI/CD, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering.
- Expertise in CI/CD concepts and experience with a major CI/CD platform.
- Strong coding skills in languages like Typescript, Python, Ruby, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with AI tooling and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or tools.
- Understanding of progressive delivery techniques.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Portfolio of personal projects focused on developer tooling or automation.
- Active contributor to open source projects or experience in large-scale software development.
