Responsibilities
- Develop greenfield systems and improve existing backend systems.
- Build REST APIs and microservices for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Apply clean, maintainable business logic and collaborate with the engineering team.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Strong communication skills, including fluent written and verbal English, and an ambitious, results-driven approach.
