Responsibilities
- Shape product architecture and engineering excellence.
- Evolve architecture and engineering practices for increasing scale across users, features, and data.
- Develop infrastructure and enterprise features across the full stack, from UI to database, with a primary backend focus.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams from conception through post-deployment.
- Build and maintain large-scale systems supporting enterprise data lifecycle, governance, and account controls.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong technical expertise and a proven record of building products used regularly by customers.
- Full-stack development experience with a primary focus on backend engineering.
- Experience developing large-scale, user-facing web products.
- Deep product understanding and a passion for exceptional user experiences.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and empathy.
- Commitment to quality and simplicity in engineering and product development.
- Prior experience with the listed technology stack is not required; willingness to learn is welcomed.
