Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Customize and enhance SAP modules to align with business workflows and financial accounting processes.
- Analyze complex system requirements and develop efficient, maintainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to support system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to translate business challenges into software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, provide advisory guidance, and contribute to cross-team decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and strong expertise in financial accounting processes and ERP integration.
- Experience customizing and enhancing SAP modules.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop maintainable code.
- Familiarity with modern programming frameworks and software development practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
