Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Security, Product, and Engineering teams to define data security for storage systems.
- Design, implement, and manage storage Infra-as-a-Service offerings.
- Scale and improve large distributed services for high reliability and cost efficiency.
- Create frameworks or tools for automating development and monitoring of critical services.
- Collaborate on project work plans, metrics, and rollout strategies.
- Write high-quality, reusable code while maintaining site reliability.
- Enhance service-level agreements and reduce rollout times for software solutions.
Requirements
- Strong interest in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Knowledge of data management technologies like RDBMS, caching, and object storage.
- Experience with deployment pipelines on container orchestrators like Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
- Scripting and test automation skills.
- Familiarity with telemetry stacks like Grafana and Prometheus.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of hands-on experience.
