Base Salary
$106k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to define priorities, success measures, and secure, scalable cloud and AI solutions.
- Lead hands-on architecture, proofs of concept, pilots, Cloud Acceleration Factory engagements, and production deployments.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery results and customer success plans while driving actions that generate incremental cloud pipeline.
- Guide security, privacy, governance, sovereignty, reliability, performance, capacity, cost optimization, and responsible AI considerations.
- Resolve technical blockers with customers, account teams, partners, and engineering, and communicate customer adoption and product feedback.
- Create reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and repeatable intellectual property.
- Deliver technical workshops, readiness activities, skilling, mentoring, and knowledge sharing for customers, partners, and internal communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud and AI platform technologies, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of technical enterprise experience in data platforms and analytics, AI applications and agents, or application platforms and developer tooling.
- Preferred: 5+ years designing and delivering secure, scalable data and AI solutions from architecture and proof of concept through production deployment.
- Preferred: 3+ years owning end-to-end technical delivery results and resolving security, privacy, governance, reliability, performance, cost, and responsible AI concerns.
- Preferred: 5+ years across cloud, data, AI, application, and developer platforms, including reusable solution development, skilling, mentoring, and technical community engagement.
- Technical cloud certification such as Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, GitHub Copilot Certifications, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Fabric Data Engineer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
