Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and support business-critical applications built with Microsoft .NET.
- Analyze incidents, investigate root causes, troubleshoot production issues, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support and enhance Delphi-based applications while assessing opportunities for future redesign and modernization.
- Analyze requirements, data flows, and integrations between interconnected systems and applications.
- Support databases, APIs, third-party systems, Apache NiFi data workflows, and related infrastructure dependencies.
- Perform code reviews, apply development best practices, and support testing and automated testing initiatives.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, observability, operational continuity, and technical stability.
- Prepare technical documentation and user-support materials and collaborate with project managers, analysts, and QA teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6+.
- Proficiency in Delphi and Object Pascal, with proven experience in both .NET and Delphi technologies.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git and strong problem-solving, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
- Additional experience with Visual Basic 6, Apache NiFi, REST APIs, web services, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is desirable.
