Responsibilities
- Design and develop Force.com solutions that support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migration components.
- Participate in technical design discussions, solution documentation, code reviews, estimates, and work breakdown structures.
- Analyze application problems and incidents, implement solutions, and communicate business impacts and results.
- Provide Salesforce-related support to end users and configure and administer the Salesforce platform according to best practices.
- Evaluate Salesforce packages and AppExchange features, make buy-versus-build recommendations, and stay current with platform releases and enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience, including both development and administrative work.
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, Apex, triggers, classes, and controllers.
- Experience developing and integrating web services using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, scalable application development, problem-solving, unit testing, release management, and Salesforce upgrade cycles.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as GitHub.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce Administrator certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with strong communication, collaboration, and independent problem-solving abilities.
