Base Salary
$233k - $324k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical co-innovation with strategic partners to architect and deploy enterprise generative AI solutions.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks involving model steering, API performance, and hybrid-cloud integration.
- Convert bespoke integrations into versioned, validated deployment baselines for global reuse.
- Guide partner CTOs and principal engineers on AI architecture and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to incorporate partner requirements into development roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in cloud computing architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience in a partner-facing, customer-facing, or product management role connecting technical execution with business strategy.
- Experience with system design or reading code in Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience architecting or leading enterprise AI/ML deployments, including Multi-Agent Systems, reasoning engines, and advanced model steering.
- Preferred: experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, VPC-SC, IAM, production-grade RAG, ScaNN, HNSW, BigQuery Zero-Copy, and AlloyDB AI.
- Preferred: experience defining user journeys, conducting platform gap analysis, and translating partner friction into prioritized PRDs.
