Base Salary
$114k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales & Account Management to support sellers integrating with our platform.
- Design and deliver technical solutions, including proof-of-concepts and custom reports.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into integration approaches.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide partner feedback.
- Create demos and presentations for executives and engineering teams.
- Communicate product features and technical guidance to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Deep hands-on technical expertise with APIs and debugging integrations.
- Prior experience with full-stack development and proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience leading technical projects in globally distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel for onsite client meetings (10-20%).
