Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and standardize CI/CD pipelines for multiple product teams, software releases, and build versions.
- Integrate and administer Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence for automated build, test, integration, and deployment workflows.
- Implement Linux system administration and security controls, including hardening, patching, and compliance activities for CI/CD infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Linux shell scripts and Ansible playbooks for configuration, provisioning, deployment, and monitoring automation.
- Administer Security-Enhanced Linux and Red Hat repositories for secure software builds and deployments.
- Coordinate with systems administrators, IT, and security personnel to troubleshoot integration issues and improve pipeline performance and reliability.
- Report pipeline health, tool performance, risks, ongoing work, and issue resolution to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field plus 5 years of experience; or a related master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience; or 9 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Current, active government-issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher, such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, or CND.
- Current, active in-scope government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.
- Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for multiple software releases and build versions in classified environments.
- Experience with Linux system administration, system security implementation, Linux shell scripting, and Ansible playbook development and management.
- Experience with some or all of Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence, as well as DevSecOps practices and tooling.
- Experience administering Security-Enhanced Linux and Red Hat repositories.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with systems administrators, IT, and security teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred knowledge of STIGs, MFA implementations such as IPA and ADFS, OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware ESXi, QAS/VAS, Windows, Active Directory, backup and recovery solutions, Docker, Kubernetes, PaaS, and SaaS.
