Base Salary
$90k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own scoped feature or ML model delivery through implementation, iteration, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance.
- Write reliable software and build front-end applications, services, APIs, user interfaces, automation scripts, and telemetry features.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems; participate in design reviews and apply appropriate design patterns.
- Integrate AI agents and ML components through internal and external APIs and use GenAI tools to improve development velocity.
- Monitor application performance, system uptime, quality, and customer experience using metrics, logs, and observability tools.
- Identify stakeholder and user problems, translate them into technical requirements, and define metrics for solution success.
- Troubleshoot, debug, perform root cause analysis, resolve defects, and support quality assurance issues.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, mentor peers, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area plus 1 year of software engineering or related experience; or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a listed computer-related field plus 3 years of experience.
- Experience designing and developing front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing software with object-oriented languages including Java, C#, and NodeJS.
- Experience developing database applications and querying MySQL with SQL.
- Experience using Git and Jenkins for deployment, version control, source code management, and build processes.
- Experience using Elasticsearch and Splunk to retrieve and analyze logs and data.
- Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, designing scalable architectures, debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving business-domain and quality-assurance issues.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence, working with Agile methodologies, and developing digital bots with UiPath Robotic Process Automation.
