Base Salary
$166k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to understand application, agent, data, and AI priorities and design secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones for Azure AI, agents, GitHub, application platforms, integration services, and data services.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery results and customer success plans in collaboration with Customer Success Account Managers.
- Generate incremental cloud pipeline and drive next-best actions from customer engagements.
- Develop reusable intellectual property, templates, agents, and delivery assets to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for AI Apps, agent, and application innovation engagements.
- Lead workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, optimization, and production readiness.
- Share customer feedback, adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, and deployment blockers with engineering teams.
- Deliver customer and partner workshops, readiness activities, and technical guidance.
- Maintain deep technical expertise, contribute to technical communities, share knowledge, and mentor others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in cloud and AI platform technologies, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of technical enterprise experience in cloud and AI technology areas such as data platforms, AI applications and agents, application platforms, developer tooling, or DevOps.
- At least 7 years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable data and AI solutions from architecture and proof of concept through production deployment.
- At least 5 years of experience owning end-to-end technical delivery, including security, privacy, governance, reliability, performance, cost optimization, and responsible AI considerations.
- Experience with reusable solution development, technical skilling, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and engagement with technical communities.
- Preferred technical cloud certification such as Azure Developer Associate AZ-204, Azure AI Engineer Associate AI-102, GitHub Copilot Certifications, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate DP-600, Azure Data Scientist Associate DP-100, Fabric Data Engineer Associate DP-700, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-305.
