Base Salary
$155k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services for payments and financial products
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Monitor, debug, and optimize distributed systems for reliability and high availability
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of learning, ownership, and engineering excellence
- Collaborate with infrastructure, product, and frontend teams to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing production software, focused on backend systems
- Experience building and debugging large-scale distributed systems
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms
- Curiosity, autonomy, accountability, and a willingness to own problems end-to-end
- Payments or fintech experience is a bonus
- Candidates must be US persons and reside in the United States
