Base Salary
$155k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services for payments and financial products.
- Write and ship clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize distributed systems for reliability and high availability.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, product, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing production software with a focus on backend systems.
- Passion for building and debugging large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
- Curious, autonomous, and accountable mindset with a drive to own problems end-to-end.
- Experience in payments or fintech environments is a bonus.
