Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-impact experiments across the funnel.
- Build instrumentation and dashboards for data-informed decisions.
- Create GTM systems to enhance commercial team impact.
- Optimize conversion funnels from acquisition to activation.
- Balance quick iterations with scalable solutions.
- Analyze data to spot trends and translate findings into experiments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with growth or product impact.
- Fluent in TypeScript and React, with the ability to ship frontend experiments quickly.
- Strong SQL and analytics skills.
- Comfortable working across teams and shipping without perfect information.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
