Responsibilities
- Work with key partners like AWS to enhance their Stripe capabilities.
- Develop and execute enablement plans for partners.
- Lead technical discussions and solution deep-dives with partners.
- Engage with CTOs and technical leads to share technology roadmaps.
- Communicate success internally through quarterly business reviews.
- Provide guidance during the partner sales process.
- Educate the Stripe sales team on partner solutions.
- Advocate for key partners within specific sales regions.
- Collaborate on technical content to demonstrate implementation best practices.
- Provide partner-focused guidance on Stripe’s products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- 5+ years of experience with hyperscaler platforms like AWS.
- Experience in co-selling and co-solutioning with partners.
- Strong executive engagement skills and relationship-building ability.
- Effective group-facilitation skills for leading customer meetings.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and understand Stripe solutions.
- Understanding of how various applications interact in an enterprise ecosystem.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with Crypto technologies and Stablecoins is a plus.
