Responsibilities

  • Work with key partners like AWS to enhance their Stripe capabilities.
  • Develop and execute enablement plans for partners.
  • Lead technical discussions and solution deep-dives with partners.
  • Engage with CTOs and technical leads to share technology roadmaps.
  • Communicate success internally through quarterly business reviews.
  • Provide guidance during the partner sales process.
  • Educate the Stripe sales team on partner solutions.
  • Advocate for key partners within specific sales regions.
  • Collaborate on technical content to demonstrate implementation best practices.
  • Provide partner-focused guidance on Stripe’s products.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
  • 5+ years of experience with hyperscaler platforms like AWS.
  • Experience in co-selling and co-solutioning with partners.
  • Strong executive engagement skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Effective group-facilitation skills for leading customer meetings.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand Stripe solutions.
  • Understanding of how various applications interact in an enterprise ecosystem.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with Crypto technologies and Stablecoins is a plus.
