Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in applied AI and related cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for department growth and potential spin-off.
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives while collaborating with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise in applied AI or a related cutting-edge technology domain.
- High-agency builder mindset with demonstrated willingness to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
