Base Salary
$165k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop and maintain automation for worker node provisioning on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Lead the container-hardening program by adopting secure base images and reducing CVEs.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines ensuring zero-downtime deployments and automated rollbacks.
- Design monitoring and self-healing capabilities for high-throughput scaling across tenant environments.
- Lead incident investigations and drive systemic fixes for production service interruptions.
- Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, Docker, and networking.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python, plus Bash/Shell scripting.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and distributed messaging systems.
- Experience with security scanning and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
