Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs and solutions.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and programs.
- Create and execute automated validation processes, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, functional, project management, and client teams throughout delivery.
- Maintain customer focus through requirements clarification, feedback collection, timely responses, and issue tracking.
- Participate in training and continuing education to learn programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Databricks and data engineering.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system issues.
- Experience automating software validation and executing test cases or scenarios.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Strong documentation, reporting, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and customer communication skills.
- Willingness to complete assigned certifications and participate in continuing education.
