Responsibilities
- Define technical choices, development methods, specifications, and implementation approaches across projects.
- Contribute to software development and monitor delivery progress and development quality.
- Support teams with technical issues and help less-experienced engineers build their skills.
- Act as a reference for code quality and provide technical guidance to clients and project teams.
- Maintain regular technical watch and share expertise through blog articles, meetups, conferences, and other events.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java, with interest in automated environments and other backend and frontend technologies.
- Curiosity, passion for technology, willingness to share practices, and strong communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to adapt to different stakeholders, facilitate a team, build trust with teams and clients, and stand behind technical decisions.
