Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and continuously improve testing strategies, frameworks, and quality processes.
- Design and execute performance testing scenarios using Neotys NeoLoad.
- Define and monitor testing metrics, manage test execution, and support defect resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to improve software performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and drive adoption of quality engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Neotys NeoLoad and performance testing.
- Proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad is required.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to integrate testing tools within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on root-cause identification and effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
