Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across enterprise technology and multi-provider platforms.
- Design, build, and operate large-scale AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure and landing zones.
- Implement Terraform infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, governance guardrails, and deployment automation.
- Engineer hybrid and multi-cloud networking, security controls, IAM, encryption, secrets management, audit logging, and observability.
- Operate EKS and GKE Kubernetes platforms and develop internal developer platforms, self-service infrastructure, and platform APIs.
- Support AI agent orchestration, LLM tooling, RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLMOps workflows.
- Drive reliability engineering, incident response, capacity planning, FinOps, cost optimization, and production readiness.
- Set cloud engineering standards, lead technical design reviews and proofs of concept, mentor engineers, and reduce operational toil.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required, including AWS experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Advanced Terraform expertise across AWS and GCP, including modular design, remote state, workspace strategy, and policy as code.
- Production expertise with EKS, GKE, Kubernetes networking, RBAC, admission controllers, network policies, and cluster operations.
- Deep expertise in hybrid connectivity, multi-cloud routing, DNS strategy, and network security.
- Experience with IAM, zero-trust principles, encryption, secrets management, CSPM, CI/CD security, and supply-chain security.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform Cloud, or equivalent GitOps tooling.
- Understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Understanding of OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and LLMOps.
- Python or Go scripting and SDK usage for AWS and GCP.
- Experience with observability, SLO engineering, alerting, incident response, structured RCA, and high-availability environments.
- Knowledge of FinOps, cost allocation, tagging, reserved instances, and committed-use optimization.
- Preferred experience with Istio or Linkerd, Kafka, Spark, cloud analytics services, CloudHealth, Apptio Cloudability, platform engineering, SRE, or financial-services cloud consulting.
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, or GCP DevOps Engineer certification is advantageous.
