Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to clarify ambiguous goals into actionable AI use cases.
- Determine data availability and secure access to necessary APIs.
- Register APIs on the App Platform using Gladly’s CLI.
- Write JavaScript app actions to streamline API payloads.
- Build workflows and guides for AI responses.
- Monitor and optimize use cases post-launch to improve performance.
- Provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering on pre-sales demos.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a technical, customer-facing role in SaaS, AI, or CX technology.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Strong business analysis skills to translate customer goals into solutions.
- Exceptional English communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Curiosity about AI and aptitude for workflow design.
- Accountability and proactivity in managing commitments and communication.
- Based in Colombia, able to work core US business hours.
- Experience in CX, contact center, or CX SaaS is a plus.
