Responsibilities
- Transform the DevOps platform to align with modern cloud-native practices.
- Enhance monitoring and operational strategies using automation and AI tools.
- Incorporate AI tooling throughout the architecture to empower engineers.
- Assist engineering teams in rearchitecting legacy systems into modular architectures.
- Mentor engineers in DevOps skills and best practices.
- Collaborate with the engineering organization to define and implement DevOps and AI best practices.
Requirements
- Experience supporting AI tooling in development, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Proven ability to automate testing and deployment pipelines with CI/CD.
- Experience improving local development experiences in monolithic systems.
- Expertise in modern monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with networking and security best practices.
- A track record of mentorship and supporting engineers in their DevOps growth.
