Responsibilities
- Design prescriptive solutions and guide customers through technical implementation decisions across the Sprinklr platform.
- Define integrations with third-party systems and create comprehensive technical solution architectures and customer roadmaps.
- Support sales engagements by reviewing solution designs, implementation strategies, scopes, estimates, and statements of work.
- Translate business and technical requirements into enterprise architecture blueprints and position Sprinklr within customers’ digital transformations.
- Establish technical governance, review instance health, and guide remediation of configurations that do not follow Sprinklr best practices.
- Collaborate with clients, Sprinklr teams, and partners on delivery governance, go-lives, end-user adoption, and ongoing support.
- Advocate professional-services best practices and contribute to methodologies, white papers, industry use cases, and co-delivery initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in architect and consulting roles focused on digital, SaaS, or enterprise software technology.
- 10+ years of large-program experience leading architecture and design.
- Experience architecting and deploying complex enterprise systems at a global systems integrator or SaaS/cloud company, including Fortune 500, telecommunications, call-center, network/infrastructure, or SaaS/cloud environments.
- Previous enterprise architecture experience; TOGAF, IT4IT, CCIE, or similar certifications are relevant.
- Experience with telephony, networks, databases, core data design, security, and integrations.
- Experience working with functional business leaders to identify objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps and requirements.
- Expert understanding of call-center technology, CPaaS, CCaaS, workflow platforms, and customer-experience management systems including CFM, CRM, and CSM.
- Understanding of systems architecture, scalable performance-driven solutions, design patterns, large data-volume limitations, data sharing and visibility, and platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
- Ability to advise senior executives and lead architecture, governance, and large enterprise system deployment initiatives.

- Base salary range of $134,000-$223,000, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonus, commission, and/or equity plans.
