Responsibilities
- Integrate Uber technologies, products, and services with strategic partner platforms using APIs, SDKs, and related tools.
- Develop customized technical solutions and integrations to meet partner requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout partner integration efforts.
- Build relationships with partner stakeholders and serve as the primary technical point of contact.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, business development, and customer support teams.
- Gather partner feedback and advocate for product improvements.
- Create technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials.
- Optimize partner engagement, onboarding, and support processes through scalable solutions and automation.
- Develop strategies and systems to scale partner support operations as the ecosystem grows.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or meaningful industry experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in an external-facing technical role.
- Intimate knowledge of APIs and adjacent technologies.
- SQL and/or other data analytics skills.
- Programming or development skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
