Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software features and services for internal and external customers.
- Own end-to-end projects from customer requirements and prioritization through implementation and launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to define product vision, prototype solutions, and align with architectural strategy.
- Participate in code reviews, provide peer feedback, identify operational root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Refactor and deprecate legacy services to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability, documentation, and extensibility.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- A bachelor's degree or CSSLP certification.
- Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, software architecture, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
- Preferred: 6+ years of full software development lifecycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
