Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce strategies and architectures for clients across target industries.
- Oversee Salesforce implementations across Data, Marketing, Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds, including Field Service.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using identity and access management, data architecture, and integration patterns.
- Build secure and scalable Salesforce applications using sharing architecture, LWC, Apex, Flow Builder, and related tools.
- Advise clients on build-versus-buy decisions, single-org versus multi-org strategies, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Work with CXO-level stakeholders to understand needs, present solutions, and manage expectations.
- Lead business development and sales activities to generate and expand client opportunities.
- Manage project teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality assurance activities.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients as a C-level advisor and deliver high-quality products.
- Coach team members and contribute knowledge documents to the firm's intellectual capital.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–14 years of experience in IT architecture, technology transformation, Salesforce architecture, and development.
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
- Experience leading and delivering complex Salesforce solutions for at least 5–10 clients in target industries using Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with data lakes, ERP systems, CBS systems, LMS systems, analytical systems such as Tableau, messaging systems such as Kafka, and at least one major public cloud platform.
- Experience working with Indian clients and organizations.
- Strong understanding of the CRM market and competitors, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and Zoho.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
