Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and operational discovery with internal customers to define requirements and risks.
- Translate financial and business problems into implementation roadmaps for commercial products.
- Work with third-party vendors to implement and configure commercial products.
- Lead data validation and user acceptance testing efforts.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and operational stakeholders.
- Manage multi-threaded, complex projects and convey progress against goals.
- Execute system upgrades and change management processes with minimal disruption.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
- Operate independently on ambiguous projects while balancing multiple workstreams.
- Document and maintain technical artifacts including system architecture diagrams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience architecting systems with distributed cloud architecture.
- 4+ years leading complex enterprise platform implementations for ERP or CRM systems.
- 3+ years in an internal customer-facing role driving technical project leadership.
- Experience with enterprise resource systems, supply chain systems, or financial management technologies.
