Base Salary
$150k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build direct integrations and automated AI pipelines for high-volume operational workflows across business departments.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, semantic document routers, and state-machine-driven automation.
- Build on AI platform APIs and provide feedback to the Platform Team on infrastructure and gateway design.
- Ensure integrations meet data security and privacy standards for sensitive company and customer information.
- Review code, establish testing frameworks for LLM outputs, and maintain code quality and governance.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster an inclusive engineering culture.
- Design and improve operational metrics, logging, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and user experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production-grade web applications, API integrations, or business-critical backend services.
- 1+ year of experience building applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, non-technical partners, or product managers to scope, design, and launch user-focused software solutions.
- Understanding of secure coding, OAuth API authentication, and handling sensitive or regulated data such as PII and financial records.
- Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, asynchronous job processing, and third-party SaaS integrations.
- Experience deploying and monitoring applications in AWS or similar cloud environments, using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure observability tools.
- Ability to make pragmatic technical trade-offs that prioritize business value and operational stability.

- Base pay ranges from $149,580-$166,200, with potential incentive programs, bonuses, and restricted stock units.
