Responsibilities
- Define reference architectures for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards.
- Architect integrations between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics.
- Design scalable, modular solutions across multiple markets, brands, and data domains.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery.
- Enable the full lifecycle of data and AI in secure, compliant environments.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards.
- Recommend technologies that improve personalization, targeting, and performance analytics.
- Lead cross-functional architecture efforts across business, data, and technology teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and privacy regulations in pharmaceutical commercial settings.
- Experience with commercial pharmaceutical data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation tools.
- Expertise integrating Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures for recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and related commercial use cases.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience, preferably in pharmaceutical commercial functions.
- Knowledge of business architecture, enterprise architecture, IT governance, consulting, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
